/v bug

Well since no other ''Admins'' wnt to post, I will, theres a problem with the /v command it isn't working. So other players can't get their own cars, and it's sometimes annoying that they ask me everytime for a car, fix this temporary bug.

/v isnt supposed to be in the CNR server. as for the DM server.. im working on it.

by the /v bug i mean its bugged in dm server not rp/cnr
